2014 Produce Perks application available NOW! Deadline: March 21, 2014!

Calling all Cuyahoga County farmers' markets! Interested in participating in Produce Perks this 2014 markets season (May 01, 2014-April 20, 2015)? USDA partners with Market Link to make SNAP acceptance an easier process for farmers and farmers' markets!

May 1st, 2014 marks the start of another season of Produce Perks at Cuyahoga County farmers' markets. We are currently planning to reach out to markets in Cuyahoga that do not already accept SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance - food stamps) to offer them the technical assistance to do so. For any markets that are interested in SNAP, we are happy to assist in the process in order to participate in Perks this 2014 season.... Read more »

2013 Produce Perks EBT Incentive Application

The FPC is currently accpeting applications for farmers' markets and farm stands in Cuayhgoa County to participate in the 2013 Produce Perks EBT Incentive. The program will kick off in May 2013 and run until April 2014 (or while funds last). Applications are due (preferably submitted by email) by Monday, March 25th.

2012 Produce Perks Market Report

The Produce Perks Market Report provides a full scope of the program from May 2012 (2012 program launch) to May 2013. Several markets continue to participate in the program throughout the winter and distribute Produce Perks up until the end of April 2013. FPC looks forward to starting a new round of the Produce Perks program in the 2013 season starting, once again, in May.
